Exercise can have great benefits to the feeling of wellbeing as well as improving cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility.
Benefits of exercise:
Losing weight.
Feeling better.
Increasing your energy levels.
Lowering blood pressure.
Lowering cholesterol level.
Reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Getting started:
Add activities into your daily routine e.g. take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator, go for a walk at lunchtime or in the evening.
Add activities into your life e.g. walking, swimming, cycling or dancing.
Take up a sport or hobby e.g. golf, badminton, dancing, gardening, or dog walking!
Join a gym and get an individual fitness programme from the instructor.
If you have any health issues consult your doctor prior to any strenuous activity.
Keep moving:
Do activities with friends or family to make it enjoyable. 
Aim to do something active every day even if it is split into 10 minute bursts.
Try to increase your activity levels so that you are warm and slightly puffed; this will increase your fitness level.
